Apartment in Chiang Mai found on Nomad Rentals
Here at Black Digital Nomad headquarters, I get an average of one pitch per day whether it’s through email or Instagram DMs. And 99% of them are ignored because they don’t benefit me or my audience. But I received an email from Nomad Rental last month introducing themselves during the same time I was planning my first trip to Asia.
Nomad Rental is a curated serviced apartment hotels for remote workers, digital nomads, and adventurous travelers. Nomad Rental only lists weekly and monthly extended stay apartment hotels. And unlike other booking websites, they don’t charge any commission, just a $19 service fee for confirmed bookings.
Their website is where I found my apartment in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Once I booked through Nomad Rental, I received an email from the apartment manager, Aké, to confirm the booking. As soon as it was confirmed, I was charged the $19 service fee.
